The standard width of the plate is 1200 mm. According to requirements of your specific project we can also offer narrower plates to meet your needs. However, the minimum width can be no less than 360 mm. The dimensions of standard hollow core plate – 220 mm (VPL22) and 265 mm (VPL27).

EXPOSURE CLASSES
| Class marking |
Environment conditions |
Examples of environment classes |
| Were is no corrosion or aggression risk |
| XO |
For concrete without armature or inserts: all exploitation environments, except environments with heating or cooling, erosion or chemical effects.
For concrete with armature or metal insert elements – very dry. |
Concrete inside buildings with very low air humidity. |
| Carbonation induced corrosion |
| XC 1 |
Dry or permanently wet |
Concrete inside buildings with very low air humidity. Concrete in water. |
| XC 2 |
Wet, rarely dry |
Concrete surfaces continuously immersed in water. Many foundations. |
| Chemical effect |
| XA 2 |
Environment of average chemical aggression |
Concrete is exposed to chemical effect in natural and ground water (specific research of environmental conditions can be required). |
FIRE RESISTANCE CLASSES
REI 60 - 60 minutes REI 90 - 90 minutes
PLATE’S STORAGE
Requirements for storage of hollow core plates:
- Must be stored only on multiplex background;
- The maximum height of packed plates – till 2.0 m;
- The plates must be separated by a distance of 300 – 400 mm from the end of the product with wooden screw-caps;
- Screw caps must be placed exactly onto each other and must not be narrower than the plates.
Holow core plate repilsion to columns, monolithic interconection scheme, filling holes in the supporting nodes, evaluation of negative moment, cutting and punding equipment, schemes of installing stair openings, lifting and rage.
